(IN THE MORNIG) The tour to the Uros islands leaves at 9:00am from the hotel, where a small bus picks you up to bring you to the harbour. After about 25 minutes you reach the first island. The guide will tell something about the history, the way of life of the people on the islands and about the flora and fauna on and around the islands. We visit 3 islands and you have time to make a trip with one of the "totora" boats (reed). The trip with the totora boat is not included, but is cheap
After visiting the islands, the boat brings you back to Puno. At 12:15 the boat arrives in the harbour of Puno and at 12:30 the mini bus brings you back to the hotel.
